Head of Customer Success

FlowX.AI is an agentic AI platform for large-scale, mission-critical applications. We started in regulated industries - banking and insurance - and have successfully landed major deals in government and defense. We're now expanding into new verticals including logistics, manufacturing, healthcare, and construction.Our platform enables large organizations to deploy, run, and monitor mission-critical AI agents at scale. We provide the governance layers and robustness that AI agents need to operate reliably across the most important business processes.MissionWe're looking for a Head of Customer Success to build and lead our global customer success practice, starting with agentic accounts - with broader enterprise and global scope on the horizon.At FlowX.AI, CS starts before the contract is signed: defining the right KPIs in proposals, tracking outcomes through delivery, and helping customers tell their success story. The two measures of success: public references and account ARR growth.
