Requirements

  • Strategic Growth Leadership: Define, develop, and execute the comprehensive strategy for the Complex Care division, identifying key market opportunities, innovative service offerings, and ambitious growth targets.
  • Team Development & Empowerment: Recruit, inspire, and lead a high-performing team of recruitment specialists and support staff. Cultivate a culture defined by unwavering accountability, continuous improvement, and sustained success.
  • Business Development & Client Engagement: Spearhead new business acquisition with unparalleled drive, forging robust and enduring relationships with pivotal clients and influential stakeholders within the complex care sector. Leverage profound market insight and an established network for immediate, impactful results.
  • Market Insight & Connectivity: Possess an encyclopaedic knowledge of the Complex Care recruitment landscape, encompassing key clients, top-tier candidates, and emerging trends. Utilise a powerful professional network to accelerate divisional growth.
  • Operational Excellence & Compliance: Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle for complex care placements, ensuring hyper-efficiency, stringent compliance with all regulations, and an exceptional experience for both clients and candidates.
  • Financial Stewardship: Manage the divisional Profit & Loss (P&L), develop and adhere to robust budgets, and ensure the consistent achievement of revenue and profitability targets.
  • Innovation & Adaptability: Demonstrate agile and strategic thinking, enabling rapid adaptation to market shifts, development of groundbreaking solutions, and effective mitigation of challenges.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A proven track record of leadership and strategic planning in a similar role.
  • A deep understanding of the complex care sector and its dynamics.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • A demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex issues and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience in managing budgets and financial performance.
  • Able to work autonomously and as part of a team.

Benefits

Our client offers a competitive salary of c£100,000 plus bonus and a car allowance. The role is full-time permanent and offered as a hybrid arrangement between London and Yorkshire.
