About the role
This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a regulated financial services environment.
Responsibilities
- Own the overall performance of the Claims value stream, focusing on strategy and execution
- Define and implement the enterprise technology and process strategy for claims
- Develop a multi-year investment roadmap tied to business value and market speed
- Serve as the key technology advisor to Claims executive leadership
- Establish frameworks for value realization and tie investments to business outcomes
- Lead initiatives related to platform modernization, automation, and analytics
- Oversee the evolution of the Claims operating model to align business and technology
Qualifications
- 12-15+ years in leadership roles focused on technology and business transformation
- Strong background in the P&C insurance sector, particularly in claims management
- Proven success in executing large-scale transformation initiatives with tangible results
- Experience managing substantial investment portfolios focused on ROI and value realization
- Demonstrated ability to engage with and influence executive stakeholders
- Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies and modern software delivery practices
- Experience leading global teams and building high-performing organizations
- Strong financial acumen for budgeting and cost optimization
Pay
$230,000 – $260,000 annually
