Our Hagg Farm Outdoor Education Centre is a flagship venue nestled in the stunning Peak District, offering a unique opportunity to inspire young people through outdoor learning.

Responsibilities

  • Leading the development and sustainability of the Centre.
  • Overseeing staff, programmes, facilities, and resources.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Collaborating with Notts Outdoors to promote outdoor activities.
  • Managing budgets and resources effectively.
  • Driving performance and fostering a positive team culture.

Requirements

  • A relevant qualification in outdoor education, management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of three years’ experience in a leadership role within an educational or outdoor setting.
  • Proven experience in managing budgets and resources effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations in outdoor environments.

Pay and Schedule

Salary: £39,152 - £44,075 p.a
Hours: 37 hours per week (includes evening, overnight, and weekend working)
