Kids N Fitness in Forsyth is a licensed childcare center seeking a Co-Center Director!

This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated, energetic leader who is passionate about early childhood education.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in early childhood education
• IL Director qualification
• Previous management/leadership experience in a licensed childcare facility

Required Shift

Full-time, Mon-Fri, rotating opening/closing the center. Operating hours, 7am-6pm

Pay

$60,000 - $65,000/year, based on education and experience.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day center operations
• Willingness to cover classrooms, drive the school age van and have an all hands on deck attitude
• Develop and execute monthly engagement and marketing plan to increase enrollment; attend community marketing events, plan enrollment and retention activities for families and staff
• Create and teach staff by conducting ongoing observations, staff training, coaching, and embedded professional development opportunities
• Ability to be flexible in your role and complete job duties of absent staff members
• Physical ability to work around small children including sitting, standing, walking, running, and climbing stairs
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.
