Main responsibilities
- Lead equity and strategic financing processes end-to-end
- Own investor diligence, data rooms, timelines, and financing workflows
- Coordinate cross-functional execution across finance, legal, tax, operations, and technical teams
- Manage investors, bankers, counsel, and external advisors throughout live processes
- Maintain momentum across multiple stakeholders and reduce executive process overhead
- Build and maintain operating models, forecasts, and scenario analyses
- Understand and articulate infrastructure economics including GPU utilization, capex structures, deployment costs, and margin scaling
- Support fundraising, valuation, liquidity planning, and long-range capital strategy
- Defend financial assumptions and operating metrics with institutional-grade rigor
- Translate Armada’s business into a compelling institutional investment thesis
- Synthesize AI infrastructure, sovereign AI, edge compute, ruggedized deployments, and software orchestration into investor-ready materials
- Tailor messaging for infrastructure funds, sovereign investors, crossover funds, strategics, and family offices
- Develop crisp decks, memos, FAQs, and investor updates that anticipate hard questions
- Engage directly with sophisticated investors and strategic stakeholders
- Lead financing and diligence discussions independently when needed
- Present financial and operational insights clearly under pressure
- Operate as a trusted strategic partner to the COO and executive leadership team
- Bring a high-ownership, low-ego mentality — no “IR-ish” polish, just strong judgment and execution
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience across investment banking, strategic finance, corporate development, growth equity, or related fields
- Prior experience at a top-tier investment bank, private equity / growth equity firm, or high-growth technology company
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical capabilities
- Experience supporting or executing growth-stage financing transactions
- Ability to understand and communicate complex infrastructure and technology business models
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High degree of ownership, operational rigor, and attention to detail
- Comfortable operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience at a relevant AI infrastructure or high-growth infrastructure businesses
- Experience in AI infrastructure, cloud infrastructure, defense technology, data centers, compute platforms, or adjacent sectors
- Exposure to sovereign investors, infrastructure funds, or late-stage crossover financings
- Experience managing diligence-intensive financing processes
- MBA, CFA, or advanced finance/accounting background is a plus
- Experience leading M&A processes and cross-border transactions a plus

In addition to base salary, this role will also be offered equity and subsidized benefits (details available upon request).
