Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Partnership: Drive operational rigor, enhance performance visibility, and ensure scalable execution across global Wealth Intelligence teams
- Provide strategic oversight of core business pillars, ensuring alignment with overall Wealth objectives
- Serve as a strategic partner to the global leadership team, contributing to key decisions and long-term planning
- Develop and manage executive materials, including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and Forums, and prepare talking points for leadership
- Oversee internal and external communications and messaging strategies
- Lead and implement People, Culture & Engagement initiatives to foster a positive and productive work environment
- Lead headcount planning and organizational health initiatives, ensuring optimal staffing and structure
- Manage budget and expense tracking, ensuring financial discipline and efficiency
- Oversee Risk & Controls and Compliance adherence, ensuring robust governance frameworks are in place
- Support and collaborate with Internal Audit activities as required
- Establish and manage business routines and stakeholder management processes to ensure effective communication and collaboration
- Manage and execute VIP Engagement strategies and activities within the business management domain
- Develop, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) through comprehensive dashboards and regular reporting
- Track referral and pipeline progress, and manage Partnership Awards tracking
- Drive global process standardization initiatives to ensure consistency and efficiency
- Leverage data analytics and business intelligence to monitor business performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership
- Act as a primary liaison between the Wealth COO, Head of Wealth Intelligence, and various functional heads, ensuring transparent communication and alignment on execution priorities
- Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including regulators, vendors, and partners, to facilitate successful project delivery and business operations
- Communicate complex business issues and solutions clearly and concisely to diverse audiences, influencing decision-making at all levels
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field is required
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in financial services, with a significant portion in wealth management, business strategy, operations, or a similar execution-focused role
- Experience in leading programs and transformational initiatives within complex organizational structures
- Experience in process optimization, operational excellence, and driving efficiency gains
- Demonstrated ability to manage and influence senior stakeholders across various functions and geographies
