Head of Business Execution, Corporate & Commercial Banking

Responsibilities

• Partner with Co-Heads of Corporate and Commercial Banking to define and implement business strategy
• Drive strategic initiatives for growth, client strategy, market share, and business transformation
• Serve as a senior delegate in executive committees, representing business priorities and risks
• Lead and develop a high-performing global team of business execution professionals
• Drive innovation through technology and data analytics to enhance performance
• Oversee business performance management, including revenue and expense planning and KPI reporting
• Establish a robust operating framework, ensuring consistency in processes and policies across teams

Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant experience in banking, business management, strategy, or consulting, with leadership experience in large organizations
• Strong understanding of Corporate and Commercial Banking, including client segments and product landscape
• Proven experience executing large-scale strategic initiatives in a global environment
• Exceptional strategic thinking and analytical skills, with ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders effectively
• Leadership capability to build high-performing teams and foster collaboration across functions and regions
• Relevant FINRA licenses (e.g., Series 24, 63, 79) preferred; willingness to obtain if not held
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred

Pay

$250,000 – $500,000 annually
