Head of AI Transformation & Enablement

Responsibilities

• Translate enterprise strategy into an AI enablement roadmap
• Define criteria and develop business cases for AI investments
• Partner with leaders to identify AI opportunities
• Frame AI initiatives in business terms for decision-making
• Design and evolve AI governance frameworks
• Own the execution of AI enablement initiatives from concept to deployment
• Establish execution cadence and progress reporting for stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred (MBA, MS, or similar)
• 7+ years in strategy, program leadership, or technology-enabled operating roles
• Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional programs in regulated environments (healthcare preferred)
• Strong familiarity with AI concepts and risks
• Experience designing or operating governance models for technology and compliance
• Data-fluent with expertise in defining success metrics
• Exceptional influence and communication skills, engaging senior executives effectively
