Head of AI Solutions

About the RoleWe're looking for a Head of AI Solutions to be the face of our AI capability with enterprise clients — someone who is as comfortable in a boardroom shaping an AI strategy with a C-suite as they are rolling up their sleeves to scope a proof of concept. This is a rare dual role: strategic advisor and hands-on solution architect. You will lead important client discussions, convert unclear business challenges into tangible AI opportunities, and develop persuasive, technically robust proposals. Throughout this process, you'll collaborate closely with our tech studio, practice, and client teams to ensure our proposals are realistic and achievable. What You'll DoLead enterprise-level conversations. Act as a trusted advisor to client executives and stakeholders, framing how AI can address real business challenges — not just technology for technology's sake.Provide thought leadership. Represent the firm's point of view on AI trends, use cases, and emerging capabilities in client meetings, industry forums, and internal knowledge-sharing.Build proactive AI proposals. Identify opportunities before clients ask for them — shaping solution concepts, scoping approaches, and building business cases and proposals that win new work.Get hands-on. Contribute directly to solution design, architecture reviews, and technical feasibility assessments — this isn't a purely advisory seat.Collaborate across the studio. Partner closely with the technology studio, delivery teams, and practice leads to align proposed solutions with real delivery capability, timelines, and cost.Bridge strategy and execution. Work with engineering, data science, and product teams to ensure proposals translate cleanly into scoped, deliverable engagements.Mentor and grow talent. Act as a senior voice within the AI practice, coaching junior consultants and solution architects on client engagement and proposal craft. What We're Looking For10+ years of experience in AI/ML strategy, solutioning, or technology consulting, with a track record of leading enterprise client relationships.Demonstrated ability to translate business problems into AI solutions — spanning generative AI, machine learning, data platforms, and automation.Strong proposal and business development experience — you can scope, cost, and pitch a solution, not just describe one.Excellent executive presence and communication skills; comfortable presenting to C-level stakeholders.Hands-on technical fluency in AI/ML concepts, architectures, and modern tooling (you don't need to write production code daily, but you need to speak the language credibly with engineers).Experience working within or alongside a technology studio, consulting practice, or delivery organization — you understand how proposals become projects.A collaborative, low-ego style — this role only works if you can build trust across sales, delivery, and technical teams.Nice to HaveExperience with specific industry verticals (financial services, healthcare, retail, manufacturing, etc.)Prior experience building or scaling an AI practice or center of excellenceFamiliarity with responsible AI/governance frameworksPublic speaking, published thought leadership, or conference experience
