Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed direct liquid product sales volume and revenue targets
- Develop and execute liquid product sales strategy in assigned area
- Establish relationships with key account senior management
- Build, train, and manage a sales team
- Provide marketplace feedback to enhance sales strategy
- Analyze business opportunities and develop strategic sales plans
- Negotiate sales contracts with Senior Vice President approval
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
- 5+ years of leadership experience in oncology or liquid product diagnostics
- Strong understanding of client relationships with physicians
- Proven success working with large global brand marketers
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and business Internet use
