About the Role
The Head JV Girls Soccer Coach will lead the JV girls soccer team for the fall 2026 season. St. Stephen's and St. Agnes provides a competitive athletic program that competes in the Independent School League (ISL). The coach will emphasize the values of leadership, sportsmanship, and goodness, which are central to the school’s athletic program.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement training sessions to improve player skills and team performance.
- Foster a positive and inclusive team environment that aligns with the school’s mission and values.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills and a commitment to the growth and development of young athletes.
Requirements
- Previous successful coaching experience at the club, high school, or college level.
- Collegiate and/or high school playing experience.
- Strong desire to develop young players and instill the values of leadership and sportsmanship.
