Head HVAC Installer

About the role

We're hiring an experienced leader and installation expert to guide assistants and helpers in accurately installing and setting up residential heating and air conditioning systems.

Pay

$28.00 - $38.00/hour

Schedule

7:30 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday

Requirements

• EPA certification
• Experience leading an installation team
• Solid communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Team spirit and a collaborative attitude
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening test

Hands-on experience installing residential heating and air conditioning equipment would be ideal but isn't required for the right person. Boiler experience would also be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead helpers and assistants in performing accurate residential installations while following all regulations and meeting all timelines
• Guide installers in accurately wiring, setting up, and testing heating and air conditioning systems
• Conduct quality checks
• Explain the installation job to customers
• Help junior installers learn the ropes of the trade
