Head Girls Middle School Volleyball Coach 2026-2027

About the role

The Head Middle School Girls Volleyball Coach will be responsible for leading Propel's volleyball programs at multiple middle schools during the 2026-2027 season.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and lead a volunteer coaching staff
• Coordinate a middle school volleyball program with the assistant coach and athletic director
• Show strong organizational and planning skills
• Communicate effectively and build relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
• Participate in ongoing professional development
• Show a commitment to Propel's Promising Principles

Requirements

• Up-to-date TB Test Act 34 Criminal Clearance
• Act 114 FBI Clearance
• Act 151 Child Abuse Clearance
• Mandated Reporter Training

Qualifications

• Education: Associate degree or higher
• Experience: Proven experience as a coach on the youth and/or interscholastic levels
