About the role
Season Dates: April 5, 2027 – June 10, 2027
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of the Spring Lake Park High School girls lacrosse program
- Set up practices, games, and schedules for the program
- Supervise athletes at practices and games
- Care and maintenance of program equipment
- Arrange team transportation
- Work in collaboration with Spring Lake Park Youth Lacrosse, booster club, and other coaches
- Hold regular meetings to evaluate goals of the overall program
- Adjust work schedule for practices and games
Qualifications
- Strong background in high school, collegiate, and/or club lacrosse competition as a player and coach
- Strong work ethic and dedication to furthering the benefits of participation in co-curricular activities
- Leadership skills including organization, vision, motivation, and conflict resolution
- Ability to work collaboratively with student athletes, parents, staff, and community
Preferences
- BA/BS Degree
- MN Teacher License with coaching certificate
Pay
Head Coach Rate of Pay: $5,900.00 stipend (may be pro-rated based on FTE of assignment)
