About the role

The Clinton Community School District seeks to hire a dedicated individual to join our team. Located in a picturesque town along the Mississippi River, we offer a supportive environment with access to various recreational opportunities and cultural events.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the educational, social, and emotional needs of a diverse student population
• Assisting teachers with student loans
• Maintaining newly built or renovated schools, including the high school under construction
• Providing On-Site Licensed Therapists in all schools
• Offering over 30 college-credit courses
• Facilitating Fine Arts Programs such as Orchestra, Band, HS Marching Band, Speech, Drama, Choir, and Show Choir
• Leading 50 State Championship teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education or related field
• Experience working with diverse student populations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Skills

• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
