RSU 4 is seeking a Head Football Coach at Oak Hill High School for the upcoming season. The start date is immediate.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive football program that aligns with the school's mission and values.
- Coach and mentor student-athletes to improve their skills and achieve athletic success.
- Manage team finances, including budgeting and fundraising.
- Collaborate with other coaches, administrators, and community members to enhance the overall athletic experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
- Proven success as a high school football coach.
- Experience working with diverse student populations.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.

- Pass a background check.
