RSU 4 is seeking a Head Football Coach at Oak Hill High School for the upcoming season. The start date is immediate.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive football program that aligns with the school's mission and values.
• Coach and mentor student-athletes to improve their skills and achieve athletic success.
• Manage team finances, including budgeting and fundraising.
• Collaborate with other coaches, administrators, and community members to enhance the overall athletic experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
• Proven success as a high school football coach.
• Experience working with diverse student populations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Pass a background check.
