About the role
The Athletic Department is seeking a Head Football Athletic Trainer to assist with the prevention, treatment, and rehabilitation of athletic injuries for the sport of football and other programs as assigned.Responsibilities
- Provide injury care and rehabilitative services
- Work direction and training to another full-time athletic trainer, graduate assistant, and student athletic trainers
Requirements
- Master’s degree in sports medicine or a related field with experience in a similar position required
- BOC certification required and South Dakota Athletic Trainers licensure eligible
- Familiarity with NCAA Division I preferred
