Head Custodian-Elementary

1st shift position: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM (8 hours).

About the role

In this position you will be responsible for the general operations and maintenance of the facility. Coordinate building cleaning and maintenance schedules to ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment in which to work and learn. Oversee and participate in maintenance, operations, and security of the facility. Willing and able to follow safety guidelines and rules and use recommended Personal Protective Equipment (P.P.E.).

Requirements

• 2nd Class C license for Kimberly Lane, Sunset Hill, Birchview, and Gleason Lake Elementary.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three to five years of experience as a custodian preferred.
• 3–5 years of building maintenance experience, including basic electrical, plumbing, and air distribution knowledge preferred.

Pay

Hourly rate: $24.60 to $26.52 depending on experience.
