About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate educator to join our team in a K-12 alternative certification program. This role is ideal for professionals looking to transition into education and make a meaningful impact on students' lives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement lesson plans that meet state and district standards.
  • Engage students in a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Assess student progress and adapt teaching methods to meet individual needs.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and administrators to support student success.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (required).
  • Commitment to pursuing alternative certification in education (required).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working with diverse student populations (preferred).
