About the role

The successful candidate will lead the women's flag football team, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training programs to improve player skills and fitness levels.
• Manage team logistics including scheduling practices, games, and travel arrangements.
• Collaborate with coaches and staff to ensure the team's success in competitions.
• Maintain open communication with players, parents, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in sports management, physical education, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of coaching experience at the collegiate level.
• Proven ability to motivate and develop athletes.
• Experience with flag football rules and regulations.
