Head Coach Women's Flag Football

About the role

The successful candidate will lead the women's flag football team, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training programs to enhance player skills and performance.
• Manage team logistics including scheduling practices, games, and travel arrangements.
• Collaborate with coaches and staff to ensure a positive team environment.
• Attend all team meetings and communicate regularly with players, parents, and administration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in sports management, education, or a related field.
• Experience coaching at the high school or collegiate level.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with young athletes.
• Knowledge of flag football rules and regulations.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using technology for team management and communication.
