Head Coach for JV Girls’ Volleyball, Fall 2026
Head Coach Responsibilities
- Plans and executes team practices with JV assistant coach support.
- Coeffices in all regular season games as scheduled and as possible.
- Supports varsity tryouts at start of fall season, beginning August 29 through 2nd weekend in November.
- Commitment is approximately 20-25 hours per week (Monday – Saturday).
- Practices occur weekdays from 3:15-5 p.m. with games typically on Wednesday and Saturday afternoons.
- Collaborates with Head Varsity volleyball coach on player development, game strategies and practice plans when appropriate.
- Models and ensures diversity and cultural competency (respect, inclusiveness, reflecting, valuing, and welcoming cultural differences) in all position responsibilities regardless of race, ethnicity, religion, gender, social class, sexual orientation, ability, nationality, age, language, or origin.
Qualifications
- Ability to positively motivate, inspire and be role model to high school students, on and off field.
- At least 2 years’ experience coaching volleyball in club, high school or college setting, or equivalent.

Pay
Salary Range : $4,400 - $5,000
Schedule
Commitment is approximately 20-25 hours per week (Monday – Saturday).
