Head Coach, Cheer (Part-Time)

About the role

The head coach will evaluate, recruit, coach, and mentor qualified student-athletes who will be a part of our cheerleading program. The successful candidate will oversee the organization of all team practices, events, and budgets, and have a strong knowledge and commitment to the Cornell College Gameday Experience.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree is required
• Experience in coaching at the college level is preferred
• Solid knowledge of the sport
• Eager to learn and assist with all aspects of coaching
• Strong people skills
• Dedicated to enriching the experience of the student-athlete
• Committed to the development and success of the cheer and dance program
• A valid driver's license is required
