Head Coach - Baseball

Seton Catholic Preparatory High School is seeking a Baseball Head Coach for the upcoming season. We are excited to identify a strong leader who will continue to build on the tradition of our program while developing student-athletes in alignment with Seton Catholic’s mission and core values. Responsibilities Include Plan and lead practices, summer camps, and game-day preparation Coach and develop student-athletes in skill, strategy, teamwork, and sportsmanship Oversee season planning, scheduling, and program communication Maintain team discipline and uphold school and athletic department policies Communicate effectively with parents, athletes, and school administration Ensure the safety, supervision, and well-being of student-athletes at all activities Qualifications Prior baseball coaching experience (high school or club preferred) Strong knowledge of volleyball fundamentals, training principles, and player development Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills Commitment to the academic, personal, and spiritual growth of student-athletes Ability to support and represent the mission of Seton Catholic Preparatory Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card (required) Interested candidates should email Athletic Director Jim Shewbridge at jshewbridge@setoncatholic.org with a brief letter of interest and coaching resume.
