Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure efficiency and consistency.
- Manage food inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships.
- Train and lead a team of chefs, fostering a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with management on special events and promotions.
- Monitor kitchen budgets, including labor and food costs.
Requirements
- Experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a high-quality kitchen.
- Passion for modern cuisine and seasonal ingredients.
- Strong leadership skills to inspire and manage a team.
- Creativity and innovation in menu development.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices.
