Job Responsibility

• Supervise the preparation of all food.
• All food is prepared as per food preparation requirements.
• Ensure meals are produced on time, and sufficient quantities are available for the operation.
• Maintain stock levels of all kitchen supplies.
• Prepare food requirements as per the menu.
• Oversee and supervise all kitchen staff.
• Move throughout the facility and kitchen areas to visually monitor and take action to ensure food quality and are met.
• Oversee and monitor the work of kitchen staff to ensure all tasks are done as required.
• Manage kitchen cost, food quality, hygiene, safety and inventory.

Job Description

• Previous experience as Head Cook or higher
• Must have minimum 2 years experience in same position
• High school graduate or higher
• Basic computer knowledge of word, excel
