Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of the Spring Lake Park High School Boys Volleyball program
- Set up practices, games, and schedules
- Supervise athletes at practices and games
- Maintain program equipment
- Arrange team transportation
- Collaborate with Spring Lake Park Youth Volleyball, booster club, and other coaches to evaluate program goals
- Adjust work schedule for practices and games
Requirements
- Strong background in high school, collegiate, and/or club volleyball as a player and coach
- Strong work ethic and dedication to co-curricular activities
- Leadership skills including organization, vision, motivation, and conflict resolution
- Ability to work collaboratively with student athletes, parents, staff, and community
Qualifications
BA/BS Degree and MN Teacher License with coaching certificate highly preferred.
Pay
Stipend: $5,900.00 (may be prorated based on start date).
