About the role
The Head Boys Basketball Coach will lead the team in achieving excellence in basketball while fostering a positive learning environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement game plans that enhance team performance
- Coach players in fundamental skills and strategies
- Manage team travel and logistics
- Work closely with the Athletic Director and administration
- Maintain open communication with parents and students
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education or related field
- Proven success as a high school basketball coach
- Experience working with diverse student populations
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Qualifications
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire athletes
- Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations

Pay
Salary range: $50,000 - $60,000 annually
