Head Baseball Coach

About the role

The successful candidate will lead the baseball program at Rampart High School.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive baseball program that meets state and district standards.
• Manage team practices, games, and travel arrangements.
• Collaborate with other coaches and staff to ensure a cohesive athletic culture.
• Work closely with the Athletic Director to maintain compliance with all regulations.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in physical education or a related field.
• Minimum of three years of coaching experience at the high school level.
• Experience with NCAA rules and regulations.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to motivate and inspire student athletes.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of current coaching techniques and trends.

Skills

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
