Responsibilities

• Delight guests with an upbeat and friendly attitude, proactively enhancing their experience
• Supervise and oversee all bar activities, ensuring stations are stocked, organized, and operating according to established standards
• Prepare beverages for servers, process transactions, and foster collaboration between the bar and service teams
• Train, schedule, and supervise bar staff to ensure high performance and excellent service
• Address guest concerns professionally, including managing situations involving intoxicated guests with care and respect
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations
