Responsibilities

• Delight guests with an upbeat and friendly attitude, proactively enhancing their experience
• Prepare and serve beverages according to recipe standards, ensuring accuracy and guest satisfaction
• Maintain bar operations, including stocking and organizing supplies, glassware, and perishables
• Process payments efficiently and accurately using the point-of-sale system (cash, credit/debit cards, gift certificates, vouchers)
• Monitor product quality and manage inventory to ensure freshness of all beverage-related items
• Address guest concerns professionally, including managing situations involving intoxicated guests with care and respect
• Comply with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations to maintain high standards of guest and team well-being
