The Job

Bring your artistry, precision, and passion for baking to the Pastry Shop team as our Head Baker. In this role, you will take the lead in crafting world-class pastries, breads, and desserts that elevate every dining experience.

Schedule

• Full Time
• Swing Shift: 12:00pm - 8:00am | Tuesday - Saturday
• Off: Sunday & Monday

The Day-to-day

• Maintain the highest baking standards, ensuring consistency and precision in all products
• Operate bakery stations independently, following recipes and production schedules with minimal supervision
• Expedite and prepare baked goods for banquets, restaurants, and special events
• Take daily inventory and coordinate with the Executive and Pastry Chefs on production needs and ingredient orders
• Serve as a mentor and resource for bakers and bakery helpers, assisting with training and development
• Support the overall operation by stepping into any bakery station as needed to maintain workflow and quality
• Uphold cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation standards across all work areas
• Collaborate with leadership to innovate new pastry and bakery items that align with property standards

The Ideal Candidate

• Demonstrates 1+ years of prior relevant experience in Pastry
• Holds a High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Leads by example and fosters teamwork, collaboration, and consistency
