HD Production Supervisor

• Lead production team members by setting clear expectations, driving accountability, and supporting team development
• Review priorities for customer deliveries and use to drive production activities schedule
• Ensures team meets department goals such as: productivity, rework, scrap, precious metal control and deliverables.
• Enable team to become more self-sufficient through providing training and leadership, and in coaching team members to assume more responsibilities.
• Pursue continuous improvement in production process and support various site projects for implementation of more robust systems.
• Complete performance evaluations, attendance records and payroll process for assigned employees.
• In conjunction with Area Manager/Lead supervisor, interview, investigate, and resolve disciplinary issues up to and including making recommendations for termination of employment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma required, Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 5+ years related manufacturing work experience required; relevant military experience will also be considered.
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills and excellent math skills.
• Demonstrated leadership skills required, excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
• Ability to perform successfully in a fast paced, highly motivated environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in catalyst manufacturing is a strong plus

Pay

The competitive pay rate for this role starts at $38/hr with potential to earn monthly KPI bonuses of $3.00 per hour.
