Key/Essential Functions & Responsibilities
- Develops thorough understanding of YAI Network, including its affiliate agencies.
- Maintains strong working relationships with managers and staff across all functions and agencies.
- Serves as the Workday HCM Business Process SME, standardizing and streamlining Workday HCM operations.
- Manages assigned projects, owning specific infrastructure requirements and roadmap deliverables.
- Collaborates with key HR and business stakeholders to understand strategies, analyze issues, identify gaps and trends, and propose solutions.
- Designs and delivers end user and team-specific education, presentations, job aids, and guides.
- Reviews onboarding tasks, documents, and job details for new hires in Workday.
- Monitors and handles inquiries regarding HR-related Workday issues or questions.
- Ensures data quality and integrity by participating in workforce analyses and analytics.
- Supports development of standard reporting and assists with ad hoc report requests.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Information Technology or related area; five (5) years of relevant experience.
- Understanding of Federal and multi-state employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to meet essential physical demands of the position.
