About the role
The HCM Field Sales Representative is responsible for expanding the company’s market share through direct sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a passion for technology, and a proven track record in sales.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to promote and sell company products/services.
- Identify potential sales opportunities and develop strategies to close deals.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and showcase products.
- Manage customer inquiries and provide technical support as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
