About the role
Bachelor’s Level Direct Care Staff position located in Hampton, SC. This is a full‑time contract role.
Wright Directions Family Services (WDFS) provides community‑based services for at‑risk youth, including Behavioral Health Screening, Diagnostic Assessment Services, Therapy/Counseling Services, and Service Plan Development. WDFS is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities and delivers medical/remedial services aimed at reducing disability and restoring optimal function.
Responsibilities
- Behavioral modification intervention for children and adolescents with mild to severe behavioral disturbances.
- In‑school, after‑school/evening, home & community‑based service interventions.
- Family Support Services to help families develop coping strategies for behavioral health‑related problems.
- Independent Living Skills training covering basic living, problem‑solving, and social skill building.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree from a program that is primarily psychological in nature (e.g., counseling, guidance, or social science equivalent) from an accredited university or college.
Qualifications
Experience working with the population served is preferred.

Pay
$20‑25.00 per hour for face‑to‑face Behavior Support; $25 per hour for Crisis Management.
