About the role

Ambercare is immediately hiring Home Care Aides to provide in‑home personal care and support services. With over 20 years of experience delivering Home Health Care and Personal Care Services in New Mexico, Ambercare follows CDC‑based safety policies, supplies PPE (gloves, face masks, hand sanitizer, antibacterial soap), and conducts virtual job interviews. The role offers flexible full‑time or part‑time hours, bonus pay opportunities, and daily pay for select positions. Current caregivers can also advance to Certified Nurse Assistant through the Ambercare Caregiver‑to‑CNA program.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care
• Provide occasional house cleaning, laundry, and assist with meal preparation
• Transport clients to appointments and daily errands
• Provide companionship
• Encourage a healthy lifestyle

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED, or one year of in‑home care services experience
• Able to pass a criminal background check
• Reliable transportation
• Reliable, energetic, self‑motivated and well‑organized

Pay

Starting pay rate of $14.50 per hour, with bonus pay opportunities and daily pay available for select positions.
