About the role

We are seeking a Veterinarian (Associate or Chief of Staff) to join our team at St. Charles Animal Hospital in Waldorf, MD. This is a unique opportunity to practice top-tier veterinary medicine in a supportive, forward-thinking environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical care to a variety of animal species
• Participate in ongoing professional development through monthly CE courses
• Lead a team of skilled technicians and support staff
• Contribute to the growth and stability of the practice

Requirements

• Current license to practice veterinary medicine in Maryland
• Experience in small animal medicine and surgery preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree
• Passionate about providing exceptional care to pets and their families
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
