HC & Insurance Operations Processing Sr Rep

Responsibilities

• Research and calculate member accumulators using multiple sources.
• Update the Accumulator Application in accordance with Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
• Complete additional training, new assignments, or projects as required by client needs.
• Meet or exceed performance measures such as quality and productivity standards.
• Meet or exceed process Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Successfully complete regulatory and compliance requirements, including HIPAA.
• Complete all organizational and client training requirements.
• Understand how your work impacts results for your area and other processes.
• Demonstrate knowledge of internal operations and build relationships to facilitate workflow.
• Maintain knowledge of related regulations and standards.
• Identify opportunities for process and procedural improvements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of healthcare experience.
• Very good Excel skills.
• 5+ years of experience using a computer with Windows PC applications, including keyboard navigation, screen navigation, internet search engines, and other web-based applications.
• 5+ years of experience with the Microsoft Office suite, including daily usage of Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Ability to type 40 words per minute (WPM).
