This position involves safety-sensitive job duties under the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana and Patient Protection Act ("The Unity Bill").
Responsibilities
- Safely construct and assemble heat exchangers using general shop tools.
- Assemble structural components and drive components (motors and props).
- Properly use hardware fasteners.
- Read and interpret instructions and diagrams (blueprints).
- Follow production schedules and report completions.
- Adhere to company policies and safety programs.
Requirements
- Prior assembly experience.
- Experience using hand tools.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Stand for long periods, walk, reach, ascend/descend ladders, bend, kneel, and stoop.
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth vision with the ability to adjust focus.
Work Environment
- Non-temperature-controlled environment with loud noises, dust, dirt, and metal particles typical of metal fabrication shops.
- Required personal protective equipment includes noise/hearing protection, safety glasses with side shields, paint masks/respirators (when required), and OSHA-compliant safety boots/shoes.
Schedule
Full-time, Day Shift: Monday through Thursday, 5:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Occasional Fridays and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
