About the role
We are currently seeking candidates to fill multiple CNC machining positions at our facility in Barberton, Ohio. Positions will vary based upon availability and business need, but may include multi-axis CNC HBMs and Vertical Machining Centers.
Responsibilities
- Perform each job duty satisfactorily as per minimum qualifications
- Recognize and address problems as programs run, write/edit programs using G and M coded controls (Siemens and Fanuc controls preferred)
- Work to ±0.0005” tolerance and microfinish 16 when necessary
- Use higher math and engineering theories to work with tooling engineers on optimum tooling design and practices
- Experience with grinders, tool setters, jacks, clamps, bolts, shims, jigs, fixtures, angle plates, rules, micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, gages, levels, protractors, verniers, and light hand tools
- Maintain detailed records and complete process documentation and other production records
- Pass all proficiency testing for the position
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalency with a minimum of five (5) years of relevant machining experience
- Able to recognize and address problems as programs run and demonstrate ability to write/edit programs using both G and M coded controls (experience with Siemens and Fanuc controls preferred)
- Work to ±0.0005” tolerance and microfinish 16 when necessary
- Use higher math and engineering theories to work with tooling engineers on optimum tooling design and practices
- Experience with grinders, tool setters, jacks, clamps, bolts, shims, jigs, fixtures, angle plates, rules, micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, gages, levels, protractors, verniers, and light hand tools
- Maintain detailed records and complete process documentation and other production records

- U.S. citizen
- Open and available to working all shifts

- Must demonstrate ability to maintain detailed records; must be able to complete process documentation and other production records
- Be able to pass all proficiency testing for the position
- Be a U.S. citizen
- Must be open and available to working all shifts
