About the role

The incumbent will lead trainee programs, strengthen university partnerships, and build HBL’s employer brand among young talent.

Responsibilities

• Lead trainee programs, including hiring, training, and performance management of trainees.
• Strengthen university partnerships to build HBL’s employer brand among young talent.
• Manage internships and support career development initiatives.
• Organize high-potential engagement sessions.
• Ensure timely tracking of IDPs (Individual Development Plans) and career goals.
• Serve as a relationship manager for The League and other trainee programs.
• Drive visibility, effectiveness, and long-term talent pipeline development across the bank.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in HR.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience with 2 years of experience in talent management.
