About the Role

Seccure Web-Based Application that allows for the processing of electronic submissions of Child Care modalities within New York.

Responsibilities

• Document business rules for the re-engineering of the current paper process to a .Net solution.
• Design the test plan and conduct testing of the code.
• Interact with both users and members of the development team.
• Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure work is completed in a timely manner consistent with the Project Plan.
• Study the software application domain, prepare software requirements, and specification documents.
• Liaise between software users and developers to convey user demands.

Requirements

• 84+ months of experience as a Software Analyst, providing guidance to large teams and/or extensive industry experience at an expert level.
• 84 months of experience writing technical/business specifications for .Net applications.
• 72 months of experience in writing test plans & cases and performing unit & regression testing.
• 84 months of experience facilitating meetings with users to identify & gather business needs, business rules, and security requirements.
• 24 months of experience re-engineering paper-based processes into web-based .Net solutions.
• 48 months of experience in SQL coding for writing data queries for extraction and/or validation of application data.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
