Day-to-Day Tasks

• Work with LDSSs to complete Data Collection Tool;
• Communicate data requirements to ITS staff;
• Validate the proposed solution meet business needs;
• Confirm the proposed solution is acceptable to OTDA ISO and Legal Affairs;
• Verify the proposed solution is in alignment with ITS Data Center services;
• Complete CISO SSDLC forms and coordinates ISO review activities;
• Expedite migration and remediation of EOL servers in CRRP scope;
• Plan the BA approach/activities:
• Mentor state staff and new BAs;
• Establish, monitor and ensure that project goals/objectives are met;
• Managing daily work/priorities.

Mandatory Qualification

Business Analyst - Analyzes an organization or business domain (real or hypothetical) and documents its business or processes or systems, assessing the business model or its integration with technology with distinct deliverables to a solution.

Senior - 60 - 84 Months: Candidate is able to work independently, without assistance and provides guidance to others. May have an advanced education.

Requested Qualifications

• 60 months of experience assessing and documenting business requirements for integration with enterprise data center services.
• 60 months of experience creating system documentation including data flow diagrams.
• 60 months of experience analyzing project tasks to streamline workflows.
• 60 months of experience working in a web-based ticket system to create work requests.
• 60 months of experience working independently and providing direction and training to other members of the team.
