Job Summary
Will work closely and as directed with program resources to analyze, create, review, and test program documents and other required deliverables.

Facilitate requirement workshops, JAD sessions, and structured walkthroughs, perform impact analysis, and conduct risk assessments to mitigate issues.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain software development artifacts such as context diagrams, understanding application interdependencies, dependency mapping, textual use cases, swim lane diagrams, report specifications, wireframes, user interface specifications, and non-functional requirements specifications.
- Facilitate requirement workshops, JAD sessions, and structured walkthroughs.
- Perform impact analysis to assess the potential effects of changes on other applications and reports.
- Conduct risk assessments to mitigate issues.
- Manage requirements throughout the Requirements Management Lifecycle, including creation and execution of a Requirements Management Plan, requirements traceability, establishing requirements baselines, and managing requirements change control.
Requirements
60 months of experience in creating and maintaining software development artifacts for communication of requirements, including context diagrams, understanding application interdependencies, encompassing dependency mapping connections between applications, textual use cases, swim lane diagrams, report specifications, wireframes, user interface specifications, and non-functional requirements specifications.
60 months of experience facilitating requirement workshops, JAD sessions and structured walkthroughs, performing impact analysis to assess the potential effects of changes on other applications and reports and risk assessments to mitigate issues.
36 months of experience managing requirements throughout the Requirements Management Lifecycle, including creation and execution of a Requirements Management Plan, requirements traceability, establishing requirements baselines and managing requirements change control.
