Hazmat + Class B Medical Waste/Sharps Driver (5am to 3pm) - 6385

We’re looking for a dependable, safety-minded Class B, hazmat endorsed driver to support our healthcare routes in the Denver, CO area. This role is perfect for a driver who values consistent daytime hours, local routes, and meaningful work that supports hospitals and healthcare professionals every day.

Responsibilities

• Safely collect, transport, and store medical waste and sharps containers
• Operate company vehicles up to 26’ box trucks
• Manage assigned local routes and deliver timely, reliable service
• Complete deliveries according to schedule and communicate route changes or issues
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain DOT compliance including logs and roadside inspections
• Load and unload containers throughout the day (heavy lifting required)
• Organize and prioritize your truck based on route needs
• Build positive relationships with healthcare customers through professional, friendly service

Requirements

• Valid Class B license or valid drivers license with a clean driving record and DOT medical card
• Hazmat endorsement or willingness to obtain within 90 days
• Experience operating vehicles up to 26’ box trucks
• Familiarity with DOT compliance, logging hours, and roadside inspections
• Confidence completing Level 1-3 DOT road checks
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and proven tenure with past employers
• Customer-focused mindset with a flexible, can-do attitude
• Commitment to safe driving and on-time delivery practices

Pay

Set rate of $28 per hour.

Schedule

4 days per week, 10 hours per day (1st Shift: 5AM to 3PM).
