About the role
The role requires a strong commitment to safety and compliance with all federal and state regulations regarding hazardous materials transportation.
Responsibilities
- Operate a commercial motor vehicle safely and efficiently
- Load and unload hazardous materials according to DOT guidelines
- Document all activities in accordance with company policy and regulatory requirements
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and other drivers
- Participate in regular training sessions to maintain certifications and knowledge
Requirements
- Valid CDL with HazMat endorsement
- At least 2 years of driving experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of DOT regulations and hazardous materials handling
- Strong physical fitness and stamina
Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- $18-$20 per hour based on experience
