• Spearhead safety incentive programs, Loss Prevention SOPs, and committee participation—keeping the workplace secure and efficient for all.

Education & Experience

• Minimum of 5 years’ HR experience in hospitality or related industries, or equivalent education and experience.
• Demonstrated supervisory experience and strong leadership skills.
• Knowledge of employment laws and proficiency in Windows Operating Systems.
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work with complex data and financial information, meeting deadlines consistently.
