Hayden Pet Medical Center (Hayden, ID) - Associate Veterinarian

About the role

This is a full-time veterinarian position with a flexible Monday-Saturday schedule. Our hospital is open weekdays from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. There are no on-call responsibilities and no after-hours emergency coverage.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality veterinary care for small animals and exotics
• Perform a wide variety of procedures including but not limited to wellness care, diagnostics, dentistry, advanced soft tissue surgery, orthopedics, and reproductive medicine
• Collaborate with a talented team of veterinarians specializing in various fields
• Expand your skills while practicing high-quality veterinary medicine in a supportive environment

Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM, VMD, or equivalent)
• Licensed or eligible for veterinary licensure in Idaho
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to high-quality veterinary medicine and surgery
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Passion for continued professional development and learning

Qualifications

• Experience in mixed animal medicine preferred
• Specialized interest in surgery, exotics, reproduction, urgent care, or dentistry is a plus

Pay

Salary ranges are primarily determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
